Temporary Book Retrieval Service at New Asia College Library

Due to serious flooding in large areas of New Asia College Library caused by a burst water pipe, the Library is closed until further notice.

New Asia College Library will provide temporary book retrieval service and hold pickup service at the Help Desk on G/F during the closure period. The service hours of the Help Desk are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday); and 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Saturday).

Users can come to New Asia College Library during the closure period and library staff will retrieve the requested item(s) for them. Users can also send the basic information of the requested item(s) including title, author, call number, location, etc. and the requester’s name and student/staff/library ID to New Asia College Library at nal@lib.cuhk.edu.hk. The requested item(s) will be retrieved within 1 working day and the requester will be notified for pick up via email.

Book return service is not affected. Users can return borrowed item(s) to New Asia College Library as before.

新亞書院圖書館臨時借閱服務

因水管爆裂，新亞書院圖書館多處地方出現嚴重水浸，本館將暫停開放，直至另行通知。

本館暫停開放期間，地下支援服務櫃台只提供取書及領取預約資料服務，星期一至五的服務時間為上午九時正至下午五時三十分，星期六為上午九時正至下午五時正。

讀者可前往新亞書院圖書館，向職員索取圖書。讀者亦可將所需圖書資料包括書名、作者、索書號、位置等，連同申請人的姓名、學生/職員/圖書證號碼電郵至 nal@lib.cuhk.edu.hk。圖書資料將於一個工作天內取出，並以電郵通知申請人。

圖書歸還服務將不受影響，讀者仍可到新亞書院圖書館歸還書籍。如有任何查詢，請致電 3943-7655 或電郵至 nal@lib.cuhk.edu.hk 與本館職員聯絡。
