Late Reading Room of New Asia College Ch'ien Mu Library Open 24 Hours during Examination Period

From 9:30 p.m., April 10, 2019 to 1:30 p.m., May 12, 2019, New Asia College Ch’ien Mu Library will open its Late Reading Room on the lower ground floor of the Library building 24 hours daily during the examination period.
During this period, the University Security Unit will have officers patrolling the area at night to ensure the safety of the users and the good order of the Room.

新亞書院錢穆圖書館夜讀室考試期間24小時開放

自2019年4月10日晚上9時30分起至5月12日下午1時30分，本館底層之夜讀室將於此考試期間每日24小時開放。
大學保安組將於晚間不時派員前來視察，以確保使用者之安全及夜讀室之良好秩序。

Library’s Late Reading Rooms: Open to CU Link Holders Only during the Revision and Examination Period

Due to the increased demand for students’ study spaces during the revision and examination period, access of the late reading rooms will be restricted to CU Link holders only between the period on 4 April at 9:30 p.m. to 11 May 2019 at 9:00 a.m., inclusive. The Late Reading Rooms of Chung Chi College Library and New Asia College Library during that period will not be opened to other library card holders and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

圖書館夜讀室：考試期間祇供中大通持有人使用

由於考試期間使用夜讀室的學生將會增加，由2019年4月4日晚上9時30分起至5月11日上午9時正止，崇基書院圖書館及新亞書院圖書館的夜讀室將祇供中大通持有人使用 。此段期間夜讀室將不開放予其他圖書證持有人使用，不便之處，敬請原諒。

"God, I , and the Other"

Statement:
In the academy, we assume that I as a subject is distant and excluded from the marginalized other. The social constructed other sometimes is stigmatized and labeled by religions. Locating at the centre, I still have a dynamic relationship with the other, which is marginalized at the border. Suggested by post-structural and post-modern theories, both I-subject and the Other-object are in-process and destabilizing.

This exhibition of “God, I, and the Other” display a theological reflection of a group of Divinity School of Chung Chi College students studying Theology and Feminism. Their artworks reflect their understanding of the other, and the dynamic relationship among God, I, and the other. You are welcome to visit, to participate in and to imagine with us.

上主、我與「他者」

當代學術研究裡，我作為主體與其周遭被界定邊緣的「他者」似乎是不相往來，互相排斥。被社會建構出來的他者，有時也會因宗教之名再被污名化、標籤化。事實上，安置在中心的「自我」與被下放邊陲的「他者」是不可分割。經過後結構主義和後現代主義的洗禮後，無論「我」和「他者」都變得流動，和存在很多不穩定性。

〈上主、我與「他者」〉展覽，展示了一班香港中文大學崇基學院神學院修讀神學與女性主義的同學反思和構想他們眼中的他者，並反省上主、我與他者的三者關係。我們誠邀你一同來參觀、參與和想像。
